Payroll Pricing Plan

Payroll accounts will be billed a "one-time" set up fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) payable with the first payroll billing. 

• Payroll tax transfer EFTPS, add five dollars ($5.00) per pay period.
• Checks not issued in a normal payroll cycle, add two dollars ($2.00) per paycheck.
• Reprint of payroll registers, individual earnings, or worker's comp. reports, add five dollars ($5.00).
• Preparation of 1099 forms, per employee, add three dollars ($3.00) per 1099 (includes form 1096)
• Reprints of quarterly reports (form 941 or DE-6) and year end reports (form 940, W3, DE-7) ten dollars ($10.00).
• Delivery of payroll without charge, if delivered by US Mail. Overnight courier service will be billed directly to client.
• Reprint of Quarterly adjustments (after closing), twenty five dollars ($25.00)
• Reprint of year end adjustments (after closing), seventy five dollars ($75.00)
• Payroll accounts will be billed monthly, payable on the fifth (5th) day of the month. Unpaid accounts will be billed 1% per month
